Beginning a new day after sleeping in San Nicolas after a 33km walk. The senery from yesterday was amazing (even though my guide book called it boring and dreary) it reminded me of a beutiful trail near home. The trail had an amazing number of birds, several streams and outstanding scenery that often went for miles. Spent most of the day walking the 2 Aussies that are walking the Camino as part of their honeymoon, a German I had met over a week before and a Canadian from Waterloo, it made for very lively conversations and an outstanding post walk feast, and for dinner we were joined by another German that is walking from his hometown to Santiago. We are all moving a little slower this morning.
During our picnic lunch we spotted a rainbow that never touched the ground (although the picture is on its side on the blog page)
Back on my way now.
